Don't see your question here? Contact us.

Can our internal compliance team use the workspace without HCI consultants?

Yes. The self-service option gives your compliance officer and staff the full workspace, including action tracking, policies, training, evidence review, concern reporting and reports. No consultant involvement is required.

Can we change options later?

Yes, at any time. Your policies, training records, evidence and history remain in the same workspace whether you add support or move to self-service.

Is the training aligned with OIG guidance?

The 14-module program follows the HHS-OIG General Compliance Program Guidance (2023). It covers the seven elements, fraud, waste and abuse, HIPAA, billing obligations, referrals and kickbacks, OSHA and related topics.

Does Healthcare Inspired make compliance decisions for us?

No. Your organization makes the decisions and implements the changes. Healthcare Inspired provides guidance, review and documentation support so those decisions are well informed.
